Have you made a mistake with your order? Is the product not satisfactory? No problem – customer satisfaction is our priority at Waleed Optics.

After receiving the product you have a 3 day return period.

Just send the product back to us, and we will refund the full amount - provided the product does not show signs of wear or damage. For products which are returned within the 3 day return period, but received after the return period has expired, a refund will still be made. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and depend on your personal location.

To help process your return as fast as possible, we would ask you to also fill out the returns form. On this form you can include your wishes – exchange/return/parts or your bank details for transferring your money back.

For contact lenses and care products:

Please keep in mind that opened lenses (boxes or singularly) cannot be exchanged.

For glasses:

Please keep in mind the product cannot be returned in a used or damaged state.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, then you have the right to return the product within the 3 day return period. We are convinced of the quality of our products, and for this reason we will even refund you the full price of customized products.

How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

If you are unhappy with your product then you can simply return it to Waleed Optics. Postage costs will vary depending on your location. A reason for returning the product is not necessary.

We will refund your money upon arrival of your parcel at our office.

Please keep in mind that Waleed Optics reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use.

When does the 3 day return period begin?

The period begins when you receive the goods – in other words when you have the order in your hands. From this point you have a period of 3 days to send the unsatisfactory goods back to Waleed Optics.
