number of products, and despite our best efforts, some of the listed products
may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify the prices as part of the
order dispatch procedure.

C. Product
Information
Beauty Code attempts to be as
accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and
website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any
product ordered from Beauty Code that you receive isn’t described as shown on
the website/ app, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns
policy.
D. Delivery
Terms
Our online store is properly
stocked, the items are ready for delivery and our team is dedicated to ensuring
that you receive your order within 48 hours of placing the order.
E. Refunds
& Returns
According to consumer protection
law no 39, consumers have a right to exchange products or get a refund
within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your
purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
According to the Ministry of Commerce, for returning/
replacing perfumes and cosmetics, the replacement and return period will
be within one day with the option of return/ replacement provided in the
purchase invoice and in all cases, the commodity should be in its
original condition.
